**Do I have to switch everything at once?**

No. Most restaurants start with online ordering or a kiosk and add the rest when it makes sense. Everything shares one menu, so adding a channel takes minutes, not a rebuild.

**What does “commission-free” actually mean?**

We never take a percentage of your direct orders the way marketplaces do. You pay your plan, card processing, and delivery fees if you offer delivery, and we show all of it up front.

**How long does it take to go live?**

Usually a few days. Once your menu is in, pair your devices with a code and you’re ready. We walk through setup with you.

**Does it work with Square?**

Yes. You can send orders to Square and take kiosk payments on a Square Terminal. Or run everything on Order’n Go with Stripe payments.

**Can I run more than one location?**

Yes. Each location has its own hours, order types, stock, tax, and devices, all managed from one dashboard.
