# Your room, live at every table.

Lay out every table, stool, and wall in the dashboard. Your registers draw it exactly that way, with who’s seated, for how long, and what they owe, live at every table.

Table management · on a Friday night

It just means knowing that table 12 has a party of 4, they sat down 48 min ago, the smash burgers are out, and they’re asking for the check.

Floor plans keep that picture for every table, live on every register.

## Built in minutes. Not a weekend.

Drag, snap, and save. Scroll through how a dining room goes from a blank canvas to tonight’s floor.

- 01 / 05

### Drop in your tables

Press a shape to add it, or drag it exactly where it belongs. Rounds, squares, long tables, diamonds, and bar stools, each with its seat count built in.

- 02 / 05

### Snap them into line

Tables snap to a grid as you drag. Select a few to line up their edges or space them evenly, and turn any piece to the angle it really sits at.

- 03 / 05

### Draw the room around them

Walls, the bar counter, doors, and labels make the plan read like the room, so a new server finds table 14 on their very first shift.

- 04 / 05

### Group tables into areas

Select the patio and name it once. Every room can also be a floor of its own, up to ten per location.

- 05 / 05

### Save once. Serve tonight.

The whole room saves in one go: it all lands or none of it does. If another manager changed the floor while you worked, you’re told instead of overwritten.

## Bars, bistros, and everything between.

The same tools draw a ten-stool cocktail bar, a café with a patio, or a hall set for a hundred. Watch the same floor rearrange for each one.

### Bistro

A dining room, a patio, and a few seats at the bar. Four-tops, rounds, long tables, and stools, each named and grouped by area.

## Every table tells you where it stands.

A table’s status comes from the checks at it, so it can’t drift. Watch a Friday night play out: a party is seated, the order goes in, the check is paid, and the table frees itself.

## From the table to the phone.

### Every table gets its own QR code.

Print it for the table. Guests scan to order, and with pay by QR on, to settle the check from their phone. Turn a table off and its code stops taking orders.

### Every room, its own floor.

Give the patio, the rooftop, and the private room floors of their own, up to ten per location. Servers switch between them on the register in a tap.

## Made for the room you actually have.

### Snap, align, space evenly

A grid that keeps rows straight, plus one-press align and even spacing for a whole selection.

### Any angle

Turn tables 45° at a time or type the exact angle, and straighten them again in one press.

### 100 steps of undo

Try a layout for Saturday. Undo and redo are a keystroke away if it doesn’t work.

### Open checks stay put

A table with an open check can’t be taken off the floor, so nobody loses a party mid-meal.

### No overwrites

Two managers editing the same room are told about each other’s changes instead of erasing them.

### One plan, any screen

Drawn on a fixed canvas, the room scales to a manager’s laptop and every register without redrawing.

## From empty room to first seating.

### Draw the room

Open Floor plan for your location in the dashboard. Drop in tables, walls, and the bar, then save.

### Print the codes

Each table gets a QR code for ordering and, if you turn it on, paying the check from the table.

### Open the floor

On the register, tap Floor. Seat your first party, send the order, and take payment from the table.

**What is restaurant floor plan software?**

Floor plan software, also called table management, draws your dining room, patio, and bar as a map, then shows the state of every table on it during service. Order’n Go builds the plan in the dashboard and puts it on the POS, where each table shows whether it’s free, seated, waiting on the check, or paying.

**Where do I draw my floor plan?**

In the Order’n Go dashboard, under Floor plan for each location. Add tables and room pieces from the palette, arrange them, and save.

**What can I put on the floor?**

Round, square, long, and diamond tables in common sizes, bar stools, plus walls, bar counters, doors, and text labels. Every piece can be resized and turned.

**How does the register know a table is taken?**

From the checks at it. When a check opens the table shows as seated, with guests, time, amount owed, and server. When the last check is paid or voided, the table is free again with nobody tapping clear.

**Can I have more than one room?**

Yes. Each location can have up to ten floors, like a dining room, patio, and rooftop, with up to 300 tables across them. On the register each floor gets its own tab.

**Do I need a floor plan to use tables?**

No. Tables you haven’t placed still appear on the register in a tidy grid, so every table can be tapped while you get around to drawing the room.

**What if two managers edit the same floor?**

Saves are checked against the version you started from. If someone else saved first, you’re told before anything is overwritten.
