A shift on the register

From the first coffee
to the final count.

Opening, the rush, and closing: the POS stays out of the way at every stage of the day.

Sign in, clock in, count the drawer.

Every employee has their own PIN, so the register always knows who’s ringing and what they’re allowed to do. Open the shift with a starting drawer count.

  • PIN sign-in and time clock
  • Shift start with opening cash

Checkout

Settle up fast.
Get it right every time.

Cash, cards, and wallets on a Stripe M2 reader over USB or Bluetooth, with safeguards for the moments that usually go wrong.

01 · SPLIT TENDERS

One check. Any mix of cash and card.

Take part in cash and put the rest on a card, in any combination. Each confirmed payment stays attached to the check, so the balance is always right.

02 · PAYMENT RECOVERY

Wi-Fi hiccup? Nobody pays twice.

The register keeps every in-progress checkout. If a card payment goes quiet, it checks what happened before taking another one.

03 · REFUNDS

Refund one item, not the whole order.

Look up the original transaction and refund just what went wrong, back to the payment it came from.

Team & permissions

The right access
for the right person.

Roles decide what each person can do. Sensitive actions like discounts, price overrides, and voids can wait for a manager’s PIN.

One menu, every channel

Change it once.
It’s changed everywhere.

The POS runs on the same menu as your kiosks and online store: prices, modifiers, stock, promotions, and rewards. Mark something sold out at the counter and guests stop ordering it everywhere else.

  • Mark items unavailable in a tap
  • Scan barcodes and SKUs onto the check
  • Look up guests, apply promos, redeem rewards
Everything at the counter

Built for
your busiest hour.

All the small things a real service needs, without digging through menus.

PIN sign-in & time clock

Staff sign in with their own PIN and clock in and out right on the register.

Open & held checks

Run as many checks as you need. Hold one while a table decides and pick it back up in a tap.

Fire & re-fire

Send each round to the kitchen display when it’s ready. A re-fired check alerts the kitchen again, and reprints if auto-print is on.

Seats & courses

Tag items by seat and course, so the kitchen and the server know exactly who gets what, and when.

Void, reopen, transfer

Fix mistakes, reopen a closed check, or move a check when guests change tables.

Discounts & overrides

Discount a line or the whole check. Price and modifier overrides can require a manager.

Barcode & SKU scanning

Scan packaged and retail items straight onto the check.

Receipts by email or text

Send a digital receipt, or let guests scan the QR code on the guest display.

Rewards & promos

Attach a guest to the check, apply promotions, and redeem rewards right at the counter.

  2. Bring your menu and team

Your menu is already shared with your other channels. Add employees, roles, and PINs.

  3. Run a practice shift

Ring a check, split a payment, fire a round, and close the drawer before you open the doors.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about setup, pricing, and how the pieces fit together.

Ask us anything
Does the POS share a menu with kiosks and online ordering?

Yes. It's one menu. Change a price or mark an item out of stock once, and every channel updates.

Can guests split a payment?

Yes. Split a check across cash and card in any combination. Each confirmed payment stays attached to the check, so the balance is always accurate.

How do staff permissions work?

Each employee signs in with a PIN and clocks in on the register. Roles control what they can do, and sensitive actions like discounts, price overrides, and voids can require a manager.

What happens if a card payment is interrupted?

The register keeps the in-progress checkout. Before taking another payment, it checks the uncertain one, so a guest is never charged twice.

Which card reader does the POS use?

A Stripe M2 reader connected over USB or Bluetooth. Guests can insert, swipe, or tap cards and mobile wallets. Cash is supported too.

Can I refund part of an order?

Yes. Find the original transaction and refund specific items or amounts back to the original payment.

How do guests get a receipt?

By email or text, or by scanning the QR code on the guest-facing display once the check is paid.

What does the guest-facing display show?

The items on the check, the running total, any promotions applied, the points the guest earns, and a receipt QR code at the end.
